We understand that privacy and the security of your personal information and all data is extremely important. This policy sets out what we do with your information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes all of your data of any kind that we process) and what we do to keep it secure. Who are we?
  1. WILDHEARTS OFFICE LIMITED (incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC290664 whose registered office is at 5A The Square, 95 Morrison Street, Glasgow, G5 8BE) ('WildHearts Office' or 'WHO'); and
  2. BANNER GROUP LIMITED (incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 05510758 whose registered office is at K House, Sheffield Business Park, Europa Link, Sheffield S9 1XU) ('Banner') have collaborated to provide a WildHearts Office branded contract stationery solution ('WildHearts Offering').
WildHearts Office and Banner carry on (separately and as contract partners under a separate agreement between them) the business of selling office supplies and related products and services.

WildHearts Office is a social enterprise (Social Enterprise UK registration number 6378) that uses its profits to fund and support the work of WILDHEARTS FOUNDATION LIMITED (a Scottish registered charity OSCR number SC037072 and company registered in Scotland limited by shares with the registration number SC290665 and whose registered office is at 5A The Square, 95 Morrison Street, Glasgow, G5 8BE) ('WildHearts Foundation' or 'WHF').

WildHearts Foundation and WildHearts Office operate under a donation agreement or series of donation agreements. The first of such donation agreements was entered into by WHO and WHF on 11 October 2014 and was superseded by a further donation agreement on 16 November 2017. Under WHF's constitution and charity law there has to be a revised donation agreement approximately every three (3) years and it is the intention of both WHF and WHO to renew on that time cycle basis, approximately every three (3) years.

The information and data we collect may be used to: We would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you. Where you have consented to us doing so, we may do this through the post, by email, text message, online, using social media, push notifications via apps, or by any other electronic means. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other members of WHO, WHF or EVO Group. We won't send you marketing messages if you tell us not to but we will still need to send you occasional service-related messages. Who we might share your information with?
WildHearts & EVO Group Companies
We may share your personal information and data with other companies (WHO and/or WHF) and/or other EVO Group members from time to time so we can provide you with a high-quality service / access to all of our and EVO Group's business offerings.

We may pass your personal data to carefully selected partners (third parties) for the purpose of processing your enquiry or order. We work with partners, suppliers, and agencies so they can process your personal information on our behalf but only where they meet our standards on the processing of data and security.
